Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used or are not in their original condition due to hygiene reasons.

Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 7 business days to process your refund. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We currently ship to the UK, Europe, and select international destinations.

Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping is available for orders over £50 within the UK.

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at contact@curaskin.co within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add products to an existing order. You will need to place a new order for additional items.
